October 21-23 we organized the first Păltinis Leadership Institute conference, a new ALC program addressing business and professionals.
Our speaker was Wouter Droppers from Europartners, Netherlands, on the theme Modeling an altruistic leadership. We pray for this new beginning, for the team and the 30 participants.
The team presented the concept and the vision of the institute which includes a programme for holistic development for leaders using the needed techniques and instruments in order to become an altruistic leader, ready for leading himself and the team.
