In February and March the girls from Deborah House enjoyed culinary activities and made little trinkets called “mărțișoare” that were sold at the end of February at the Mărțișor Fair. For the Aspirations girls the exam session ended and they began the second semester at college or university.

Through a grant from United Way three girls from Deborah House, one from Aspirations and 30 children from the E. Ungureanu School received school supplies. The girls from Deborah and the girl from Aspirations completed the career orientation training, two started courses of cosmetics and manicure, and the other two will begin in the next period computer courses and a course in waitressing.
Also, the girls from Deborah House received shoes through United Way and we are very grateful.
During the week “A different kind of school” the girls from Deborah House, the girls from CRM Buzias and a few from Recas visited the Association “Young and Precious” from Voiteni where they participated in a program dedicated to girls. They watched an educational movie and listened to a motivational message.
