The project idea was “Debora gives back.” For this, the girls did crafts for Christmas and raised money for several poor families in Tinca. There we held a meeting with the children at the church and we sang with them. At the end we did a Bible quiz and the winners received plush toys that were brought by girls. The children also received sweets.
Afterwards we visited some families of believers from the village along with Gabi, the pastor of the church and we prayed for them. At the end of the day we had a debriefing meeting with Gabi and the girls admitted that for them it was an experience from which they had a lot to learn.
